The Most Holy Rosary The Rosary is a prayer in which we consider the main mysteries in the life of Jesus and Mary. It is a prayer for everyone, young and old. The recitation of the Rosary was a common practice of the Saints. It brings down graces on the Church, the society, the family and individuals. Popes have encouraged its practice and they have enriched it with many indulgences. In the recent apostolic letter, Rosarium Virginis Mariae the Holy Father exhorts the faithful to return to the practice of praying the Rosary individually, in the family and in groups. With the integration of the Mysteries of Light, he renders it even more Christological. In order to meditate on the mysteries of Christ and thus render this prayer more fruitful for our spiritual life, the Pope suggests a particular method:
